Our Institute of Semiconductor Technology invites applications for the position of a scientist (m/f) or Post Doc (m/f). The position will be part of a program for the development of wide band gap nanostructures for photonic and sensor applications. Experience in the MOCVD growth of wide band gap materials, in particular GaN,and/or laser and LED physics, or semiconductor processing and technology would be very helpful.
The contract is for a period of three years, with the possibility of taking part in a PhD program. We expect a University education with the focus on electrical engineering, physics or materials science. Experience and knowledge in semiconductor technology, epitaxy (in particular MOCVD) as well as semiconductor processing and characterization techniques would be useful.
